연혁

  1. 1872Ishino Shuzo, the predecessor of Suigei Brewing, was founded in Nagahama, Kochi.
  2. 1969Reorganized as a limited company and began producing and selling sake under the brand name 'Suigei'.
  3. 1987Launched the Junmai Ginjo 'Ginrei' and expanded sales nationwide.
  4. 2005Began producing and selling liqueurs made with Kochi Prefecture ingredients.
  5. 2017Launched the flagship Junmai Daiginjo 'DAITO' series, bringing together Suigei's full brewing expertise.
  6. 2018Completed the Tosa Brewery in Tosa City, Kochi, dedicated to ginjo-grade sake, beginning a two-brewery structure with the Nagahama Brewery.
  7. 2023Masato Ueda became President and Representative Director.
  8. 2025Takahisa Takeuchi became President and Representative Director.
