With the philosophy of the brewery in the Banshu's cultivation and people, the creation of pure rice sake that resonates with the heart, taking advantage of the locations in the Banshu Plain, one of the most liquor -producing areas in Japan, for more than 25 years. It is a local rice brewery that only makes pure rice sake with only high quality rice cultivated and harvested in Kasai city. We propose new pure rice sake that is always close to life, such as low alcohol Junmai sake, elegant raw production due to its own progress, pure rice dishes, and liqueur bass pure rice sake.
