Kimurashiki Kiseki no Osake

Kimurashiki Kiseki no Osake is brewed by Kikuchi Sake Brewing in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, using rice grown through the pesticide-free and fertilizer-free natural cultivation method pioneered by Akinori Kimura, widely known for his miracle apple. Founded in 1878, the brewery is led by brewer-president Azuma Kikuchi, a former orchestral conductor who plays Mozart during fermentation, and the sake series uses Okayama heritage varieties including Omachi, which is among Japan's oldest unmodified sake rice.
