Kikumori is the sake label of Kiuchi Brewery, a producer best known internationally for Hitachino Nest craft beer, but with over 200 years of sake-making history in Naka City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Brewing exclusively 100% junmai sake with low-pesticide rice sourced from local Ibaraki and Hyogo farmers, Kikumori has earned gold medals at the National New Sake Competition since the brewery began entering in 1986, including a top ranking at a major consumer publication contest in 2000.
