Every product is stored at minus five degrees Celsius and distributed through a freshness-rotation system that recalls unsold stock. The brewery has claimed the top spot in the World Sake Breweries Ranking for three consecutive years, an unprecedented achievement, and collected 115 awards across 16 international competitions in 2024 alone.
