하쿠쓰루
하쿠쓰루 사케 브루잉은 1743년 가노 지헤이에 의해 고베 나다 지구에 창립되었으며, 이 지역의 단단한 미야미즈와 오사카만으로의 접근성이 일본 사케 수도로서의 입지를 확립했습니다. 1878년 세계 최초로 예포장 유리병에 사케를 판매하였고 1900년 파리 만국박람회에서 브랜드를 국제 무대에 선보였습니다. 현재 하쿠쓰루는 일본 내 사케 판매량 1위를 유지하고 있으며, 화이트 크레인 마루 브랜드는 전국 포장 사케 중 최상위 자리를 차지하고 있습니다.
