Brewed from Nippon Bare rice at 70% polish, this junmai from Okamura Honke is part of the Ononosho Komachi line. The brewery's standard of all-local Omi rice and wooden-tank bag-pressing produces a gentle, clean profile with the fuller body typical of lower-polish junmai.
