J In Awo is sake aged in American white oak (AWO) bourbon barrels, picking up pleasant notes of nuts and vanilla from the wood while retaining the dry, clean base style of the Juuku lineup. The brewery recommends serving it neat at room temperature, on the rocks, or as a highball.
