Hitakami Ginjo is a flagship expression of Hirako Shuzo in Ishinomaki, Miyagi, where the brewery's guiding philosophy is to produce sake that complements the region's celebrated seafood. Brewed with select Miyagi rice and soft local water, it offers a gentle fruity ginjo aroma alongside a clean, slightly dry profile well-suited to pairing with fish and shellfish.
