Founded in 1806 in Kuroishi, Aomori, Narumijozoten has carried its housebrewing traditions through seven generations to produce Inamuraya, a small-batch premium line made exclusively from Aomori-grown rice, yeast, and soft underground water drawn from the Minami-Koda area. The seventh-generation owner-brewer Nobuhiro Narumi guides the craft under the motto wa-go (harmony), pursuing balance between fragrant ginjo character and deep, rounded flavor. Inamuraya Bunshiro, the brewery's top-tier junmai daiginjo, has earned recognition at the Tohoku Seishu Kanpyokai and the Aomori Prefectural Seishu Kanpyokai.
