- 1842Kihei Kinoshita (5th generation) acquired the brewing license and founded the sake business (Tenpo 13).
- 2007Philip Harper joined as toji; began brewing yamahai with house yeast and the Time Machine series.
- 2008Redesigned the Tamagawa logo, commissioned from Nitten juror Katsusuke Sakane.
- 2009Began overseas exports (US, UK, etc.) and started producing Ice Breaker.
- 2013Expanded with the Kaminoyama brewery building.
- 2015Added a new brewing building and the Kaminoyama cold storage.
- 2017Held a ceremony marking the 175th anniversary of founding.
- 2022Built a new rice-polishing facility and started a contract rice-polishing business.
