Time Machine muroka namagenshu is a junmai made with Kita Nishiki at 88% polish, brewed by the 1712 natural-fermentation method with no added yeast or lactic acid. Bottled raw and undiluted, it carries a deep golden color, rich concentrated sweetness, and high acid and amino acid levels that bring balance and cut.
