Okihomare Okinoshima is a tokubetsu honjozo from Oki Shuzou on Oki Island, Shimane, using Gohyakumangoku and other rice varieties polished to 70%. Water sourced from one of Japan's 100 named waters is used throughout brewing, giving the sake a clean, island-rooted character.
