純米酒 山鶴

Yamatsuru Junmaishu is a pure rice sake from Nakamotoshuzouten in Nara, brewed under the junmai designation without any added distilled alcohol. The polishing ratio meets the junmai standard, allowing more of the rice's natural umami and body to remain in the final product. This expression reflects the brewery's grounding in Nara's long history of sake craftsmanship.
