Saburo Kasseinigorizake is an active, unpasteurized nigori (cloudy) sake from Nakamotoshuzouten in Nara, brewed under the junmai standard without added alcohol. The kassei designation indicates it contains live yeast, giving the sake a light natural effervescence from ongoing fermentation in the bottle. Served cold, it delivers a creamy, lively texture with the characteristic milky sweetness of nigori style.
