"Nagahisa" was named for a long and long -standing sake in Wakayama. This Junmai Ginjo "Super Hisaku" series was brewed with Nagahisa with the aim of "beyond sake". By using the full quantity of Bizen -machi and aging, it has become more umami -based sake quality that spreads the bulge, which is even more “Omachi -like”. As of June 2021, it will be 2018 (30BY). It will be a limited quantity product, and will switch to the next brewing year as soon as it is gone.
