Abukuma Kurazake Shirozake is a white sake (shirozake) from Genyou Honten in Fukushima, produced directly from the brewery's kura with a cloudy, lightly sweet character. Shirozake is a traditional festive sake associated with Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival), and this version from the Abukuma Highland region preserves that cultural heritage.
