The brand shares in Huchu Homare's distinctive house style, balancing fruitiness with light earthiness and a steamed-rice umami character in a medium-bodied, soft texture. Huchu Homare is recognized as one of Ibaraki's most respected breweries, with a lineage mentored in part by the celebrated Sudo Honke.
