大関
大関のアメリカ進出は1979年にカリフォルニア州ホリスターで始まり、日本の酒蔵として初めてアメリカ国内で日本酒を製造した蔵元となりました。現地産の良質な米とシエラネバダの清澄な水が進出地選定の理由です。親会社の歴史は1711年にまで遡り、逢坂屋長兵衛が兵庫県灘地区に万両を創業したのが始まりで、1884年には相撲の第二位の地位に敬意を表して「大関」の銘柄名が採用されました。
