Kuromatsuhakushika is a flagship range of Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing Company, established in 1662 in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, one of the core breweries of the famed Nada sake district. Brewed with locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice and the celebrated Miyamizu mineral water that defines the Nada style, the line spans junmai and honjozo expressions distinguished by clean umami, moderate savoriness, and a brisk finish — attributes that have earned multiple consecutive gold medals at the Monde Selection.
