六歌仙酒造位於山形縣幾乎正中央，以奧羽山脈黑森山的水源與山形縣產酒米為原料，採用人與自然、技術融合的手工釀造方式，以「純正發酵」為主題，致力於最大限度發揮微生物的力量。1972年由北村山地區五家酒造共同成立，歷經多次組織變革，1992年正式成立現在的六歌仙株式會社。如同平安時代和歌名人「六歌仙」的詩詞觸動人心，酒造從超辛口到發泡清酒，持續挑戰清酒的無限可能。

沿革

  1. 1972Five sake breweries in the Kitamurayama region jointly founded Yamagata Meijo Co., Ltd. as a shared bottling and sales base, giving rise to 'Michinoku Rokkasen'.
  2. 1985The brewing divisions of the member breweries were consolidated into the newly established Rokkasen Shuzo Cooperative, which obtained sake and shochu manufacturing licenses.
  3. 1992Renamed the company to Rokkasen Co., Ltd.
  4. 1997Shigeharu Matsuoka became president.
  5. 2003Obtained a liqueur manufacturing license.
  6. 2011Shigekazu Matsuoka became president.
  7. 2020Reorganized as Rokkasen Shuzo Co., Ltd. (formerly the Rokkasen Shuzo Cooperative).
  8. 2021Rokkasen Co., Ltd. and Rokkasen Shuzo Co., Ltd. merged their operations, with Rokkasen Co., Ltd. continuing the business.
