Rokkasen Co., Ltd.

Yamagata
Rokukasen is located almost in the center of Yamagata Prefecture, with water from Kurosan in the backdrop of the Ou Mountains in the water from Kurosan, and using rice from Yamagata Prefecture. Basically, it is a handmade liquor that incorporates modern equipment as soon as possible, stable quality, and a lot of sensitivity due to the fusion of people, nature and technology. We try to maximize the power of microorganisms that are indispensable for sake brewing, that is, "pure fermentation". Rokukasen will continue to aim for alcohol that will please our customers every day, with the theme of "pure fermentation". In 1972, Yamagata Enshu Co., Ltd. was established as a joint bottlefield of five sake breweries in the Kitamurayama area of โ€‹โ€‹Yamagata Prefecture. In 1985, the Rokukasen Sake Brewery Cooperative Association, which is responsible for the brewing section, was changed in 1992, and the current Rokukasen Co., Ltd. was born. Like the waka written by the excellent singer "Rokukasen" who was active in the Heian period, we brew it with the aim of a sake that resonates with the hearts of people. We will continue to challenge the potential of sake, from super -dry sake to sparkling sake.
