In 1972, Yamagata Enshu Co., Ltd. was established as a joint bottlefield of five sake breweries in the Kitamurayama area of ​​Yamagata Prefecture. In 1985, the Rokukasen Sake Brewery Cooperative Association, which is responsible for the brewing section, was changed in 1992, and the current Rokukasen Co., Ltd. was born. Like the waka written by the excellent singer "Rokukasen" who was active in the Heian period, we brew it with the aim of a sake that resonates with the hearts of people. We will continue to challenge the potential of sake, from super -dry sake to sparkling sake.
