Tamajiman Hiyashikarakuchi Namachozoshu is a cold-storage dry sake from Ishikawa Shuzo, designed to be enjoyed chilled and showcasing the brewery's dry (karakuchi) style in a fresh, unpasteurized format. The namachozo process stores the sake unpasteurized, preserving a crisp, clean energy that complements its dry, refreshing character. Tokyo's Fussa brewery site, with its access to Tama River groundwater, provides the soft water ideal for this style.
