Shizenjukusei Junmai Koshu Genshu is a naturally aged undiluted junmai koshu from Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu, Shiga, allowed to develop complexity through extended cellar time without intervention. Natural maturation imparts amber tones, mellow sweetness, and deep umami to this patient, time-honored expression.
