
Jousen Hakutakagurasu from Hakutaka in Nada, Hyogo, is a glass-packaged jousen (superior grade) sake from a brewery that has operated in the historic Nishinomiya sake district since 1862. Hakutaka uses Yamadanishiki rice from Yokawa and Miyamizu spring water, the foundational ingredients of Nada sake, even for its entry-grade expressions.
