Horaitsuru Junmai Ginjo Muroka Namagenshu is an unfiltered, undiluted, unpasteurized junmai ginjo from Harahonten in Hiroshima, retaining all the raw energy and concentration of the just-pressed sake. Brewed with Hiroshima's soft water and locally sourced rice, it shows a lively, textured mouthfeel with vibrant fruit notes and mild acidity characteristic of the brewery's Hiroshima ginjo yeast. The muroka (unfiltered) treatment preserves its natural color and full-bodied, untamed character.
