Ohno City, Fukui Prefecture, is located in the eastern part of Fukui Prefecture and is one of the best snowfall areas in Hokuriku overlooking the Hakusan Mountains. It is a basin surrounded by 1,000m -class mountains on all sides. The representative Yusui Pond, "Okushizu", has been selected as one of the 100 famous waters selected by the Environment Agency. The southern sake brewery uses the "Nanma Shimizu" that springs on the streets of the sake brewery for brewing, and in 2006, it has been certified as "Fuku no Delicious Water". We also manufacture and sell this water as a mineral water. In Ono City, which is blessed with water and fertile land, there are various crops, mainly rice. It is also a famous production area of ​​the representative sake rice "5 million stone", and the southern sake brewery is located in the local "5 million stones", "Kuzo Ryu", "Kuzu Ryu", and "Koshi no Shizuku".
