Yomi is produced by SakeOne in Forest Grove, Oregon, one of the few sake breweries operating outside Japan, and draws its name from the Shinto underworld, conceived as a sake meant to be savored as the day ends. Introduced in 2019 as the first canned premium sake in America, it is a junmai ginjo with notes of melon, cherry, red berries, light cream, and subtle mochi.
