Ooga Shuzo, founded in 1673, is the oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture, and Tamadeizumi is one of its two representative brands alongside the house name label Oga. The brewery maintains a dedication to handmade, handcrafted production in keeping with its three and a half centuries of history in Fukuoka. Beyond sake, the Tamadeizumi name also extends to a range of umeshu and specialty liqueurs, reflecting the brewery's tradition of artisanal craftsmanship across its product portfolio.
