Oniotome is the seasonal series from Omuraya Shuzojo in Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture, featuring a distinctive illustrated label across four annual releases tied to spring, summer, autumn, and winter. The brewery, the last remaining in Shimada, uses Shizuoka-grown Homare Fuji rice and local yeast strains in pursuit of a food-friendly style: clean entry with complex finish. Omuraya Shuzojo's guiding principle is crafting sake that enhances the flavors of a meal rather than competing with them.
