Koueigiku Shuzo was revived in 2019 in Ogi City, Saga Prefecture, when two sake industry outsiders relaunched a historic brewery that had closed in 2006, keeping the original name to honor the community. Brewing under the philosophy of producing unprecedented and exciting sake, the team focuses on fresh, lower-ABV, unpasteurized nama styles that are vibrant and approachable. Their lineup includes named releases such as Harujion, Tsukikage, and Tasogare, each expressing bright, fruity, and floral character.
