Koshinokanchubai

Koshinokanchubai is produced by Niigata Meijo, founded in 1938 in Niigata Prefecture, and represents a classic expression of the tanrei karakuchi style: light, dry, and clean, shaped by low-mineral soft water from the Echigo region that enables slow, precise fermentation. The brewery contracts dedicated farming for its sake rice, including the proprietary Echigo Tanrei variety, and polishes all rice in-house to maintain tight quality control. The Junmai Ginjo won a Gold Award in the Premium Junmai category at the Wine Glass de Oishii Sake Awards 2023.
