Brewed at Itano Shuzojo, a white-walled Edo-period brewery established in 1870 in the Ashimori district of Okayama City, Kibinogimpuu draws on the clear waters of the Ashimori River and rice grown exclusively within Okayama Prefecture. The brewery follows the Bitchu toji tradition, a regional brewing school that earned awards of honor at the Prefectural Master Brewers' Sake Fair for 40 consecutive years.
