Haregiku

Toa Shuzo traces its sake-making roots to Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture in 1625, making it one of the older breweries in the Kanto region. The brewery relocated its head office to Hanyu City, Saitama in 1945 and joined the Hinode Trading Group in 2004, while continuing to use Saitama-grown rice and local water. Haregiku Daiginjo, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40%, has earned a Gold Award at the National New Sake Appraisal.
