加贺鸢(加賀鳶)是石川县的株式会社福光屋酿造的清酒品牌。在OneSip探索17款产品。
福光屋创立于1625年，位于石川县金泽市，是日本历史最悠久的持续经营酿造厂之一，整个系列均只酿造纯米酒，不添加酿造用酒精。加贺鸢的名称取自歌舞伎中备受颂扬的加贺藩消防队，品牌以酿造厂所称的"切れ"为核心，即口感先在口腔中充分展开，随后干净利落地收尾。使用合约栽培的山田锦、金门锦和五百万石，各品种分别发酵以保留各自个性。
