百岁
百歲是金泽最古老的在营酒藏、创立于1625年的福光屋酿制的长期熟成酒。福光屋是日本长期熟成清酒的先驱，百歲系列定位为分别在经过10年、20年、30年陈放后达到巅峰的系列酒款，可搭配传统清酒无法驾驭的食物。酒藏从海拔150米深处汲取水源，据估算这些水从圣山白山渗滤下来需耗时约一百年，因此命名为"百年水"。
