츠치다 슈조는 1907년부터 군마현 카와바 마을에서 운영되어 왔으며, 6대 당주 츠치다 유지의 지휘 하에 에도 시대 기법에 뿌리를 둔 키모토 양조법, 야생 효모 발효, 저정미율 철학을 전면적으로 실천하고 있습니다. 모든 제품은 첨가물이 없으며 인공 젖산이나 효소제를 사용하지 않고, 일본 사케의 약 1%만이 키모토 방식으로 생산되어 츠치다는 일본에서 가장 독보적인 자연 사케 생산자 중 하나로 손꼽힙니다.
