Isojiman Honjozo "Pride of the Seashore"

Brewed with spring water from the Minami Alps, this Honjozo has a mineral driven nose of cherry, peach, grapefruit, and green bamboo. The palate is smooth and layered, with notes of peach, dried apple, and rice cracker alongside a savory umami and a hint of ocean brine. It finishes dry and pairs naturally with seafood and other ocean fare.
