Fukunokoe Junmaishu from Fukui Shuzojo in Mie Prefecture is the foundational pure rice expression of the brewery's auspiciously named brand, drawing on Mie's rich brewing heritage in the ceremonial shadow of Ise Jingu, Japan's most sacred Shinto complex.
