Daiginjo honnama made from Gohyakumangoku polished to 50%, released unheated as a live raw sake from this Tsukuba brewery founded in 1877. Brewed with the signature Ogawa yeast the brewery has used since pivoting to premium ginjo-focused production, it shows the clean, refined sake quality that defines the Kiritsukuba style.
