Tenryou Shuzo has been brewing sake in Gifu Prefecture since 1680, using locally grown Hidahomare rice and clean groundwater drawn from the region's mountain environment. The brewery has earned gold medals at the Annual Japan Sake Award seven times, establishing itself as one of Gifu's most recognized producers. Minonishiki carries the hope that it would become a sake as rich and beautiful as 'Nishiki' in the deep lands of Mino, continuing a tradition of light, smooth brewing rooted in that vision.
