HINEMOS, an old Japanese word meaning 'a whole day,' is a sake brand conceived by RiceWine, a Japanese sake venture founded in 2018, around the idea that each of twelve styles corresponds to a different time of day from midnight to 11 p.m. The brand makes low-alcohol sake entirely from rice with no added flavorings or fruits, a technically demanding approach that produces a wide spectrum from dry to sweet. Initially targeting younger and international drinkers in Asia, HINEMOS has expanded across multiple markets including Singapore and China.
