三和酒造位於以富士山聞名的靜岡縣幾乎正中央位置。吟釀小批量釀造，不做任何妥協與省略，不同批次之間僅有米的種類和精米步合的差異。酒藏堅持使用10種以上原料米，追求風味與香氣的多樣變化。品牌名「臥龍梅」取「龍潛於地、英雄蟄伏民間」之意，寄託著期望此酒終有一日揚名天下的願望。

沿革

  1. 1686In 1686, the first-generation Ichibei founded the sake brewery in what is now Shimizu-ku, Shizuoka City, producing 'Oshukubai'.
  2. 1971In May 1971, the Suzuki family established Sanwa Shuzo Co., Ltd. and launched 'Shizugokoro'.
  3. 1985In 1985, after winning the Governor's Award in the junmai category of the Shizuoka Sake Competition, launched the junmai sake 'Hagoromo no Mai'.
  4. 2002In autumn 2002, launched 'Garyubai', a new small-batch ginjo brewing concept, and expanded distribution nationwide.
