Description

This lightly sparkling nigori-style junmai ginjo, polished to 60% and bottled at 12% ABV, carries the fresh sweetness and gentle rice umami of unfiltered sake with the effervescence of an aperitif. Brewed with soft Okitsu River spring water at the Shizuoka brewery.
