Description

Bizen Omachi rice, polished to 50%, is pressed using the fukuro-tsuri (bag-hanging) method, producing a drop-by-drop drip sake with no applied pressure. Winner of the Omachi Summit Excellence Award, it offers richly layered flavor balanced by smoothness and a clean finish, drawn from the soft spring water of Shizuoka's Okitsu River.
