沿革

  1. 1702Founding brewer Nakashima Kozaemon Mochinobu began sake brewing (Genroku 15).
  2. 1953Incorporated as a stock company (Showa 28).
  3. 1998Launched the 'Shiroku' brand featuring Paul Klee artwork on its label (Heisei 10).
  4. 2000Launched the new brand 'Kozaemon' (Heisei 12).
  5. 2004Ended reliance on seasonal outside workers, brewing entirely with in-house staff (Heisei 16).
  6. 2007Began exporting overseas (Heisei 19).
  7. 2015Won the Gold Award at the National New Sake Awards for a third consecutive year (Heisei 27).
  8. 2018Built a new brewing facility and shifted to year-round brewing (Heisei 30).
