土田酒造自1907年起在群馬縣川場村經營，在第六代當主土田雄二的帶領下，全面投身於以江戶時代技法為核心的生酛釀造法、野生酵母發酵及低精米率的釀造理念。每瓶酒均不添加任何添加物，不含人工乳酸或酶製劑，日本僅有約1%的清酒採用生酛法釀製，使土田躋身全國最具特色的自然清酒釀造商之列。
