혼슈이치는 1916년 히로시마시 동부 후나코시 지구에 창업한 소규모 양조장 우메다 주조장이 양조하며, 인근 이와타키야마 암반 60미터 깊이의 우물에서 퍼올린 지하수를 사용합니다. 히로시마현산 센본니시키 쌀 100%를 사용하며 원시적인 풍미를 보존하기 위해 무여과로 출하하고, 프랑스 쿠라 마스터 대회와 런던 국제 와인 챌린지 양쪽에서 금상을 수상했습니다.
