Yuushun from KK Hattorihonkeshuzoujou in Okayama is brewed in a prefecture well known for producing high-quality sake rice, particularly Omachi and Akibare varieties. Okayama's relatively mild climate and access to quality grain give local breweries a strong foundation for producing sake with well-developed body and a clean, lingering finish.
